Manage and Support Daily Wholesale Operations in MA,PA & OH.

The MA Wholesale Market Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization's wholesale capabilities throughout Massachusetts. This position supports and consults with numerous groups and departments throughout Ethos, working closely with Marketing, Cultivation, Compliance, Finance, and/or Legal. The MA Wholesale Market Manager will develop strategies to exceed revenue targets by identifying new prospects and opportunities in the market. This position will identify, maintain, and grow strong business relationships with decision makers for managed accounts.

The Retail Manager (RM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Red Cardinal, including maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, compliance with state licensing requirements related to retail, and supervision of all activities relating to store operations. Additionally, the RM is responsible for maintaining Company brand standards on the sales floor and ensuring all patrons receive the highest level of customer service. The RM is also responsible for ensuring that all employees are properly educated on products as well as Massachusetts regulations regarding the retail sale of cannabis.
