* I managed the design and development of 4 proof of concept ideas. One of which was a mobile interface to the enterprise product, which was added to the product as a new feature.* I increased the Net Promoter Score by 40% by personally getting involved with our at risk customers, and working internally across departments to solve the customers issues.* Working directly with cross department teams to solve customer issues and concerns lead to my creating internal “virtual teams” consisting of representatives of multiple divisions (professional services, support, IT, QA, and development), to ensure that the client’s needs are reviewed and addressed.* I created, and was the company liaison for a client facing Technical Advisory Board. The board consisted of technical representatives from all our major customers. We met by phone monthly to discuss upcoming new technology, and to showcase how customers solved some of their banking needs.
