* I managed the design and development of 4 proof of concept ideas. One of which was a mobile interface to the enterprise product, which was added to the product as a new feature.* I increased the Net Promoter Score by 40% by personally getting involved with our at risk customers, and working internally across departments to solve the customers issues.* Working directly with cross department teams to solve customer issues and concerns lead to my creating internal “virtual teams” consisting of representatives of multiple divisions (professional services, support, IT, QA, and development), to ensure that the client’s needs are reviewed and addressed.* I created, and was the company liaison for a client facing Technical Advisory Board. I managed 3 datacenters with a 2.5 million dollar annual P & L (capex). I built a highly effective team of resources to build out and maintain our hosted clients (about have of our client base is hosted in our facilities). I built an additional team of very senior Oracle DBA’s to maintain the databases for our banking clients. I worked closely and proactively with InfoSec and our clients to ensure that we maintained our SSAE-16 SOC 2 certification.* I was pro-active in implementing and managing our business continuity plan. The plan was tested annually without failures.* I was the senior point of interaction with client executives when they were faced with issues or concerns.* Ensure hosted enterprise applications are secure and monitored appropriately.* Moved from dedicated servers to a fully virtual private cloud. This allowed: * an increased of service level agreement (SLA) uptime from 99.8% to 99.999%. * an increased in datacenter capacity by 10X without additional rack space.* I established planned maintenance windows and communicated these in advance with our clients.* Revamped server monitoring to be predictive instead of reactive, which contributed to the decrease of outages.* Completed a datacenter move without a client outage.* Vendor management, I was able to reduce recurring vendor fees for Oracle by 30%.

* I was responsible for all aspects of IT, including internal systems as well as systems used on-site at the tournaments.* Ensure real time tournament data is available on the web site.* I created and managed the process for bowlers to register and pay for tournaments on line. This interfaced directly to Great Plains.* I was responsible for planning and development of in-house productivity tools. This included a home grown purchase order system with an approval workflow based on the value of the PO.* I managed the on-site staff that ensured the tournament office in the bowling center is functional, and connectivity to the Seattle headquarters was in place..

Internet based interactive programming, and Internet talk radio where I managed the client side software team.* I lead a team in the creation of a 100% pure JavaScript client.* I lead a team on the software side of the "studio in a box", that allowed an internet channel to be broadcast from anywhere there was connectivity. Content type included video, audio, PPT, and real time chat among other media types.
