We have achieved success by investing in the development of our employees, keeping them informed, and empowering them to make important decisions in their day to day efforts to meet our clients' needs. In the end, we learn from our mistakes and celebrate our successes! My former banking experience and background included 10 years of working with top performing operating companies up to $100 Million in annual sales. Today at AREVO Group we work with small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Architects, Engineers, Construction Companies, Attorneys, Medical Practices, and Staffing Agencies are all types of businesses that I have partnered with throughout my journey. During my banking career, I financed a number of acquisitions; and during my entreprenuerial career, I have acquired 4 companies to continue the AREVO Group growth strategy. Throughout my career, I have developed exceptional skills in strategic planning, organizational development, coaching, financial analysis, and operational excellence.
