I offer short-term and open-ended therapy generally on a weekly basis.I trained as a counsellor later in life following a career in business - so I have a good understanding of the stresses and strains of corporate life. I have also specialised in dealing with the effects of difficult early life experiences, including various forms of abuse.Making the first contact with a counsellor can be one of the most difficult steps. I offer an initial free telephone consultation and would follow up with an assessment. This gives you a chance to see if my counselling services are right for you to help you decide.

This means releasing the latent healing power of the mind to change learned patterns to enable the person to overcome current difficulties and live a more fulfilling life.
