From the hardware side, I gained extensive knowledge & experience designing & working with Aluminium Unibody electronics enclosures as well as all the electronic components to be assembled into a practically indestructible case that looks amazing & exceeds customer expectations.

I spearheaded the design and implementation of a cloud-based administration, booking, and billing platform tailored for a multinational tour operator with travel agencies in various countries. This platform was universally adopted by all staff within the organisation, streamlining their work processes and enhancing efficiency.Serving as both Project Manager and Engineering Manager, my responsibilities included visiting offices across multiple countries to gain a comprehensive understanding of the unique operational requirements of regional staff, managers, and the business owners. This global perspective allowed me to grasp the nuances and diversity of needs across different regions.In my role, I functioned as the pivotal link between the Owners/Management and staff. This involved delving into their workflows, needs, and requirements, ensuring that their perspectives were incorporated into the platform's design and functionality.From a remote setting, I directed a compact, skilled team of software engineers who were instrumental in developing the platform. In addition, I oversaw the UX/UI design process, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly interface that met the diverse needs of our global staff.The platform we created continues to serve the organisation effectively and is still in use today.
