This allowed the panel to grow very cost efficiently from what was the industry norm of $50/year to 5 cents for acquisition. With the larger samples the data accuracy was greatly improved with reduced cost.Acquisition and IntegrationAcquired MediaMetrix and migrated the entire processing infrastructure and panel in less than six months. Technical lead for the team for the group focused on call center systems. Personally brought the call center deployment for DeutscheBahn from being over 6 months behind schedule to on schedule in 2 months. Built the technical business for the company in Germany from no clients to over 10 clients in less than 9 months.

Served as lead on the client deployment for Pennsylvania Blue Shield. Took the environment from under 100 workstations to over 1000 workstations and supported over 100K new objects per day (average 65Kbytes per object).

Maintained a full course load in college while working full time at IBM. Worked on the IBM ImagePlus product line, specializing in all client side software and hardware. Supported the Marketing team in producing demo software and support trade shows.
