CurrentCollaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute organic and inorganic growth initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. Oversee the M&A agenda, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, divestitures, and support go-to-market strategy (inclusive of operational and financial execution).* Mergers and Acquisitions: Manage due diligence, financial modeling, comparable company and transaction analysis, valuation, deal structuring , negotiations, bids, and purchase agreements. Provide regular visibility for ELT, M&A committee, and Board of Directors on transaction and pipeline activity. Lead the design of transaction structures and execution plans to meet stated strategic and financial objectives from the initial contact through integration.* Strategic Alliances: Partner scanning, sourcing, screening, and diligence. Develop the business case, gain buy-in, and manage the negotiation and contract process. Manage and grow existing relationships to increase customer acquisition, revenue, and product synergy.* Project Leadership: Internal consulting, collaboration, and leadership focused on new markets, new products, and growth initiatives.
