Direct supervision of the technical production, purchasing and logistics functions of Ryzex for North American operations (approx. 100 people). Responsible for refurbished product and service, refurbished and repaired product quality, timely fulfillment of product and service orders, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Managed manufacturing variances, people contribution systems, the production/fulfillment/quality management systems.

Maintained local SAP system settings and transactions for the US and Canadian companies. Coordinated and supervised the bi-annual external audit for each of the two companies. Supervise G/L accounting, cost accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll functions. Directly responsible for preparation of the annual budgets, establishing and documenting policies and procedures, and personnel related activities for a department of four people.

Reduced DSO from the high 80's to 43 days over a six month period.
