ITIL Foundation.- Prime responsibilities are core network functions in the organisations various data centres, major occupancies (in the North West and the London area) and call centres which also run VoIP and the Bank branch estate.- I am mainly used on project work for new services, mainly low level design, build, configuration, service documentation (including Visio Network Diagrams, Excel Spreadsheets etc) and service hand over. - I am also used 3rd line support for more detailed troubleshooting, whether a network issue or not. Experienced in using Wireshark to identify issues. - Recently worked on setting up Azure cloud based solution via Equinix.- Hands on with Cisco Nexus 7000's, 5000's and 2000's, Cisco 6509s including VSS configuration, Citrix Netscaler, Fortigate Firewalls, and many other Cisco devices, including Cisco 4710 ACE loadbalancing appliances and blades, some performing SSL termination and Cisco GSS running internal and external DNS services.- SSL Certificate renewals on Cisco ACE and Netscalers.- Familiar with various Network Monitoring/Management Tools such as SolarWinds, Peakflow, VitalQIP, PRTG, HP Openview, nGenius etc
