Spearheaded the transformation of Science and Engineering at Warwick with a £700M capital investment.Academic Excellence:Formerly, Visiting Professor at MIT in Department of Mechanical Engineering. Contributed to two Queen’s Anniversary Prizes at Loughborough (High Value Manufacturing; Sports Science & Technology). Inaugural Editor, Journal of Sports Engineering and Technology (2008-2012), published by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.Entrepreneurship:Founding Director of Progressive Sports Technologies Ltd (since 2001) with Ross Weir - an innovation consultancy and licensing company with a portfolio of protected IP.
