Ensure that the laboratory is operating in accordance with the guidelines of ISO 17025 and that they have appropriate technical capabilities for performing the testing listed on their scope of accreditation. Verify that any previous deficiencies have been corrected and verify any newly acquired capabilities where accreditation is sought.
