Responsible for strategic sourcing of $2 billion+ in annual spend across indirect categories - marketing, direct mail, media, etc. ($1B+), field technician / installations contract labo ($850M), energy procurement ($350M+), 3rd party collections ($100M+), information technology - servers, pc's, storage and software ($75M), direct sales contract labor ($80M), corporate T&E & P-Cards ($500M). Average 15-25% cost out across categores via companywide sourcing consolidation efforts leading cross functional teams and extensive use of electronic rfp / reverse auction technology.
