Starting in the field and moving to the boardroom, I have managed from small and medium size operations, to the largest contiguous agricultural crop production operation in the United States. My expertise is in strategic planning, managing teams, organizational excellence, and general agricultural production. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family, travel, live music, and playing golf. The ability to work with different cultures throughout my career was not only gratifying, but it provided me with countless learning opportunities.
