Executive oversight of all aspects of the Operations Department of a small Aerospace & Defense Solutions Company dedicated to serving the needs of Military, Commercial, Government, and Private End Users and contractors. This oversight includes responsibilities for the company's Compliance, Quality, Marketing, IT, Logistics Management and other departments, along with regular consultation with ownership and input into the daily operations of the company, its long term goals and strategies, and the projects required to execute those goals.

Oversee all aspects of M3 Technology's Operations division including Compliance, Quality, IT, Warehousing and Logistics, Legal, Marketing, and other areas. Work closely with ownership and leadership team to develop sales and operational strategies, goals, and targets, and provide input and supervision to ensure their successful implementation and execution.

Managed all aspects of M3 Technology's Export Compliance Program, including contract review, EAR and ITAR Compliance, licensing and other activities. Developed, implemented and maintained a Quality Management System in accordance with, and certified to the AS 9120 and ISO 9001 International Standards.

The DTAG, established as a continuing committee under the authority of 22 U.S.C. 2656 and the Federal Advisory Committee Act, provides the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs with a formal channel for regular consultation and coordination with U.S. private sector defense exporters and defense trade specialists on issues involving U.S. laws, policies, and regulations for munitions exports. The DTAG advises the Bureau on its support for and regulation of defense trade to help ensure that impediments to legitimate exports are reduced while the foreign policy and national security interests of the U.S. continue to be protected and advanced in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, as amended.Members are appointed by the Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs on the basis of individual substantive and technical expertise and qualifications, and are drawn from a representative cross-section of U.S. defense industry, association, academic, and foundation personnel, including appropriate technical and military experts.This appointment reflects M3 Technology’s experience and expertise in Global Trade Management, and its commitment to US Export Control Regulations. Since its founding in 1998, M3 Technology has supported US and Allied operations around the world, including mission-critical supply chain activities in Iraq and Afghanistan during Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and other National Security missions. Involvement with the DTAG will enable M3 Technology to lend its voice toward policy and decision making activities within the State Department.

Work closely with Members of the Board, staff of ADDAPT, and ADDAPT member companies to promote the growth and effectiveness of the organization in representing and promoting the Aerospace & Defense Industry on Long Island.

Controlled and managed all aspects of the Baseball Operations department of a successful minor league baseball team. This included oversight of responsible staff, supply chain management for all necessary equipment and supplies, daily and long term maintenance of facilities, and service provisions for players, coaches and staff.

Provided direct support to Clubhouse Manager in the upkeep and functioning of clubhouse for an award-winning minor league baseball team.

Recruited, trained, and oversaw a staff of student workers and volunteers to manage all logistical details of the Gettysburg College Music Department. This included instrument maintenance, repair, supply, and ordering, facility and event management, and transport, of equipment and personnel to venues across the state of Pennsylvania.
