The Chief Human Resources Officer directs and oversees the company’s Human Resources plans in ways that support the Gosnold mission and overall strategy. This position has high accountability and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Human Resources Officer promotes the role of strategic HR and ensures the long-term success of both Human Resources and the organization as a whole.

Chief Human Resource Officer providing strategic human capital planning and operational direction for programs and initiatives in line with organizational goals and objectives. Accountable for employee engagement, labor relations, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, employee total rewards and talent acquisition.

Provide strategic direction and management of staff in the design, development and execution of talent acquisition and corporate learning and leadership development programs. Manage a team of 12 Learning, Organizational Development and Staffing professionals and administer a $1.5 million annual budget. Charged with designing and launching staffing model that resulted in the recruiting, hiring and training up to 400 new employees annually. 

Directed all employee relations, staffing, and general HR duties for the Teleservices division of the organization. Managed 3-5 HR generalists to oversee HR operations across multiple domestic and international call centers. Led due diligence on site selection projects. Oversaw integrated talent management, employment law programs, and succession planning for assigned business units.

Led all human resource functions of the department, including hiring, recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, compensation, retention, and performance management. Managed a 13-person team and provided first-line support to 1,200 employees and managers, handling tasks such as interpreting organizational policies, participating in union negotiations, resolving workers’ compensation issues, and designing operating procedures.
