What I love most about my job is that I get to help our staffing firm clients grow their businesses. I’ve worked firsthand with entrepreneurs over the past couple decades; I’ve seen what startups, mid-size and enterprise clients need to become successful. As Director of Sales & Marketing at Advance Partners, I champion our clients’ growth goals and connect them with the right payroll funding, back office solutions and strategic services they need to make it all happen.I spent the previous 16 years in leadership roles at Advance’s parent company, Paychex, gaining unique perspectives that help me truly understand our clients’ pain points — and to help them see their opportunities.Beyond the office, I’m a Rochester native and a Buffalo Bills fan, through and through. But football doesn’t hold a candle to my first love: soccer.
