I have been in leadership within the financial services industry for over 26 years. After graduating college, my journey started in San Diego as a registered representative. 3 years later I was promoted to my first leadership position. Following, I then was promoted to Partner and then Senior Partner in the San Deigo General Office. 5 years later in 1999 I was promoted to the Managing Partner position in the Reno General Office where I served for over six years. In 2006 I was again promoted to lead the General Office in Hawaii. Over the last six plus years the general office has grown in the number of agents and the productivity of the organization. My next promotion came in February of 2013, Managing Partner of the Fullerton General Office.
