As Director of Market Research, I lead PACENation's efforts to track the market for residential and commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing, coordinate and convene PACENation's members, build PACENation's credibility as an informational resource, and create educational materials for PACENation's members and the public. • Researched smart grid initiatives, including advanced metering infrastructure and innovative electricity pricing structures, particularly as they pertain to New York's Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) initiative.• Contributed to a report titled “A Primer on Time-Variant Electricity Pricing” written for the conference “On the REV Agenda: The Role of Time-Variant Pricing,” hosted by Institute for Policy Integrity at the NYU School of Law.• Researched metrics for calculating the energy intensity of U.S. industry sectors.• Wrote case studies on carbon emissions trading systems and policies.• Assisted EDF economists with in-house economic analyses.

• Produced writing and other deliverables for clients' sustainability communications (e.g. report content, newsletters, and blog posts).• Built Excel models to calculate greenhouse gas emissions inventories for a major airline.• Researched sustainability benchmarking data, summarized findings in PowerPoint presentations and whitepapers, and presented findings.

• Co-authored a book chapter surveying worldwide biodegradable wastes, waste-to-energy technologies, and adoption of these technologies. (published in Modeling, Dynamics, Optimization and Bioeconomics I, 2014)• Researched EPA emissions regulations and created datasets using Stata and Excel.
