Collaborated with colleagues from EY Shanghai in re-designing the audit scope for procurement processes for the Chinese subsidiary of a multinational manufacturing company when said analytics found instances of unusual procurement transactions.

 Demonstrated excellent project management and communication skills in coordinating the timely receipt and physical review of reporting deliverables from internal specialist teams in Singapore as well as overseas counterparts in Malaysia, China, and Thailand. Placed in the top seven teams (out of 30 participating teams) in the 2021 EY Singapore Assurance Innovation Awards. Working in a team of four, a solution was designed that applied an Alteryx workflow to automate the group consolidation process and visualized the consolidated data via an interactive PowerBI dashboard. This solution translated into savings of 16 man-hours per engagement, and in turn, SGD 960 per engagement. Supervised junior engagement team members and developed them through the effective delegation of tasks and providing guidance on the performance of audit procedures.
