Second only to the Technical Lead in Operations, I'm responsible for ensuring that projects on the survey platforms are functional and efficient, as well as assisting the Technical Lead in creating tools to streamline and increase productivity for those projects.

Part of a small agile team developing in continuous integration, we used Jira to coordinate tickets and manage weekly scope. We built pipelines for our own application in Jenkins with unit/functional testing automatically performed. The main application we worked on had a PHP (using Docker and Symfony) frontend and a C# with SQL Server backend.
