Senior Enlisted Air Advisor to 17 personnel across 17 career-fields and the advisor to the Commander regarding all enlisted matters. Guided 4 flights in advising, assessing, assisting, training, and equipping partner nations within the Pacific region in support of the Secretary of Defense's security cooperation objectives. • Established Pacific Air Forces’ 1st Air Advisor unit. Deployed over 800 days and organized and led 135 missions to 28 countries. Executed 145 Subject Matter Expert Exchanges and personally built critical relationships with 1,925 allied Airmen.• Directed airfield operations for the President of United States' trips to Malaysia, Laos and Indonesia. Managed the recovery of 52 support aircraft, the upload and download of 856 tons of cargo and full servicing of Air Force One.• Organized 19 USAF, USMC, and Philippine Air Force fuels personnel. Established 2 tactical refuel points in the Philippines and issued 135,000 gallons of fuel to 128 aircraft while certifying the USMC’s prototype fuel additive injector.• Addressed the Wing’s wartime fuel support limiting factor. Coordinated with Base Civil Engineer and Environmental shops and certified 6 contingent refuel sites for fuel bladder use increasing the base’s fuel storage capacity by 1.3 million gallons.

Defense Logistics Agency-Energy's Responsible Officer for 5 grades of fuel values at $33 million. Analyzed 3,000 fuel transactions and processed sales totaling 2.1 million gallons. Oversaw quality control of 7-million-gallon throughput and training and support functions for 67 members.• 1st of 85 bases to complete the Air Force’s initiative to upgrade the Vehicle Identification Link system used to track base service station fuel transactions and costs to the FuelMaster Automotive Information Module Fuel Management system (AIM-2).• Deployed to Al Dhafra 4/2014 - 10/2014. Led 28 Total Force Airmen in executing the Air Force's 2nd largest contingency fuels operation. Directed throughput of 143 million gallons of jet fuel valued at $517 million dollars enabling 8,200 Air Tasking Order sorties and combat operations in Iraq.• Led the testing of a 3 mile, tactical receipt line. Identified and fixed a fuel leak on a 75' hose section in 30 minutes ensuring complete validation of the Wing’s alternate receipt capability, an annual requirement disregarded for 3 years. • Maintained $127 million Type III Hydrant system. Rectified a 6 month overdue tune-up of the non-capitalized system, facilitating the throughput of 143 million gallons of jet fuel and 625,000 gallons issued in one day, the most in 2 years.

Spangdhalem Air Base, Germany

Supervised 16-member section. Directed inspection, preventative maintenance, and operation of Type III Hydrant system and military service station. Guided the safe issue of 27 million gallons of fuel to 1,500 mobility aircraft. • Deployed to Sather Air Base Iraq 1/2010 - 12/2010. Supervised 19 personnel, directed the delivery of 1 million gallons of jet fuel certifying the successful movement of 81,000 passengers and 5,000 short tons of cargo at one of Iraq's busiest airfields.• Guided the Iraq Army Audit Agency through an investigation of Kellogg Brown and Root’s complex Victory Base fuel farm.
