The Sr Manager, Information Security Operations is a member of EarthLink’s Enterprise Information Security (EIS) team and is responsible for managing a team of five Information Security Analysts.Information Security Analysts are responsible for monitoring and mitigating day-to-day IT security risk using a variety of security systems (ex. SIEM, IPS, anti-virus, host intrusion detection, vulnerability management), techniques and metrics. Mitigation will require a high degree of cross functional coordination. Additionally, analysts are responsible for managing EarthLink consumer anti-spam/virus operations and working with EIS engineers and other cross functional teams to propose anti-spam/virus enhancements.The Sr Manager, Information Security Operations is also responsible for managing response to all IT security incidents covered under EarthLink’s Computer Security Incident Response Process.

To develop and manage all aspects of security relative to legislation requirements, i.e. Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, SAS 70, etc. Serve as the primary resource for addressing all security concerns related to network architecture and implementation of standards & guidelines for both domestic and international entities to support business needs.

Responsible for Help Desk and Desktop Support services for offices in 19 countries (2280 employees) for PGS .

Responsible for managing a team in all support aspects of the corporate production and infrastructure platforms, server, desktop, networking.

Responsible for directing, managing, planning, organizing, and implementing desktop support, Unix services, and Windows network support for first, second, and third level user problem support, problem management, and problem resolution.
