3IE.IO began as a passion project that was eventually self funded, and developed by best of class developers right here in Dallas/ Austin, TX. It has won global hackathons, and is even being used by a few selected early adopting enterprises today. The vision was essentially to build a solution that allows it's users to collect and give self-sovereign endorsements from their peers as they interact in the workforce, and through their professional growth. Verified engagements, and data THEY OWN. It verifies when they are recognized for demonstrating a skill-set, or a core value, and can act as an OBJECTIVE source of data as they navigate their own growth. We built it, it exists, it works, and the code is a work of art (so I am told)

voc.ai is a fast rising "true AI" solution for the ecommerce and retail space. The solution offering consists of a very intuitive "Virtual Agent" to optimize customer experience and support, along with a very comprehensive "Review Analysis" and "Social Listening" solution. I had to join this journey because many of the so called "chat bots" today are just missing the mark on customer experience because the tech is subpar. voc.ai is raising that bar in so many ways, and doing something very special.

Revamped and optimized entire revenue organization, worked with 35% of the F500, grew revenues by 136%.

Managed through acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2018.
