I started as a special education teacher and coach for the Oconomowoc Area School District for 10 years. I then went into home building and real estate sales. My employer at the time was one of the biggest builders and developers in the state. The company had great potential but was run by some terrible people. Despite the inept owners, I was able to be the leading salesperson for existing homes and new construction in all of Walworth County for several years selling well over $10 million dollars every year for 6 straight years. I learned from others mistakes on how to treat customers and employees. I decided to take what I learned and venture out on my own. That was when I opened Expert Builders and Expert Realty.
