PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PRODUCTION MANAGER, HONEYWELL - CHARLESTON, SC (6/2016 – Current)MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR (7/2014 – 5/2016) (Honeywell is a $40 Billion Multi-National Technology Company) Responsible for a 24/7 Chemical Plant – 44 employees - $14M Annual Revenue. • HSE – The Charleston Site had the highest risk profile among 120 plants in our division. We were PSM (Process Safety Management) sites, regulated by Title V air permits, and a high generator of hazard waste. Operated 900 plus days without a single OSHA recordable injury. • Quality & Customer Experience – Reduced customer’s returns (PPM) by 10%. On time delivery (OTTR) improved from 61% to 100%. Inherited past due orders of $1.5M - reduced to $60K in 10 months. During 3 years of ISO, customer audits, and Government audits, no major finding. • Revenue & Financials – Successfully executed expanding the site from a 5/6-day operation to a 24/7 operation by adding a 4th shift.
