About Mike Constance
My grandfather was a "rocket scientist" for a well-known aerospace company. The catch was he only had a high school education, but was an engineering genius. He would give me puzzles and riddles to solve, and then as I was older, he would "race" me to the solution. This was the foundation for my problem solving, do-it-better-faster spirit. I am passionate about company growth and operational excellence. I love building teams and leading those in these teams in accomplishing goals and dreams beyond what they think are possible. I’ve found that creating a foundation with systems and processes, combined with recruiting, developing, and empowering the right people on the right seats on the bus, can result in transformational, sustainable growth and success for the company and the individuals.
