Exert influence over any and all areas of the business to better execute regional and global priorities - keep the focus tight and the priorities of the departments in line with the organization’s strategic vision and roadmap. Coach and advise entry level through senior executives - help the team connect the dots and see the whole picture. Be a sounding board for all decision makers, provide guidance and second opinions. Act as executive bench strength (including NA Interim CFO for 3 months) and actively participate in regional decision making and lead strategy discussions. Execute investor transformation initiatives and report progress and financial impacts to global CEO, CFO, and PE ownership monthly. Be the steady voice of reason and the eyes and ears of the C-Suite. Own the IT relationship with HQ in Israel, covering both the business partner function and project management. Oversee IT systems and infrastructure changes/improvements to the North American market. Lead and steer ERP and other systems integrations with a heavy focus on SAP, PowerBI, and Salesforce.

Breaking down complex problems to achieve solutions in a timely manner. Coaching and mentoring local leaders to achieve strategic financial results at each business unit. My deliverables are USGAAP and local GAAP timely reporting, business unit consolidations, FP&A functions, Controllership functions, project management, M&A activities, board level communications/presentations, and team building & development.

Partners with the GM to create a winning operation in automotive ride control hard part manufacturing. Manage and support the interactions with the Chicago shared service functions, manage a small dedicated Detroit based finance team, and manage a full function finance team in Queretaro, Mexico. The group consists of a US entity (sales/distribution), a Canadian entity (sales), and a Mexican entity (manufacturing/distribution/sales). Acting CFO, board member. Goals achieved: maximize free cash flow, increase EBITDA, and lower working capital requirements at a consolidated level.

Head of finance for all Indian operations, European operations, and a Chinese operation. Including R&D, manufacturing, distribution, and sales functions. Responsible for 5 Indian entities, 4 European entities and a Chinese entity. Serve as a key link between Chicago HQ and the greater global footprint of companies.

Responsible for 6 operating units spread across 3 separate companies, heavily focused in the US manufacturing sector of consumer goods. Included as part of the M&A team with transactions occurring almost quarterly as part of a large global holdings conglomerate.
