Site Construction/Operations Manager – Amadeus Wind Farm (96 GE turbines ->250MW) • Overseeing contractors during construction as Owners Construction Manager • Civil, Turbine Foundation, Turbine Mechanical (MCC) and Tower Commissioning (TCC), Collection, Substations and 9 mile Transmission lineOperations Site Manager under Asset Management managing GE Services, Project construction close out - O&M for both Amadeus Wind and Mozart Wind farms.

Project Manager for Utility Scale Transmission Line and Substation construction. This involved both Brown Field and Green Field projects. Responsible for over 28 substations and 50+ miles of Transmission Lines projects ranging from $50,000 to over $7M. Supported field superintendents as Construction Manager and client liaison with AEP, Intergy & GE for scheduling, billing and change orders.

Within this role as a Project Manager• Closely associated in the development of Environmental Managers Program (EMP) for construction services to facilitate projects startup and kick off process.• Coordinate or direct development, engineering, or construction activities to ensure that wind project needs and objectives are met.• Managed on-site Construction Management QA/QC program

As an Owner’s Representative, Michael was engaged in the construction of two Wind farms - 100 2.3MW GE turbines (230MW/~$377M each) representing the owner throughout the entire construction process. He worked as an owner’s liaison at key meetings, with contractors, landowners and local authorities to facilitate issue resolution and problem solving as well as supervised and monitored the project safety, schedule, budget, and prioritization of activities and communicated effectively weekly and monthly reports to all levels of management.In addition, Michael audited QA/QC procedures to fulfill compliance with sensitive schedule constraints and company’s standards and practices. He efficiently utilized standard operating procedures and safety protocols; i.e., safety stand down due to component failures, resulting in no personal injuries. He has successfully negotiated a resolution and saved the contractor a significant amount of money and eliminated change orders.Michael has proficiently analyzed technical contract, Balance of Plant (BOP) and Turbine Supplier Agreement (TSA). He gained success in alleviating contractor’s change order submittals and contributed to owner’s cost saving. Also, effectively resolved landowner issues and acted as client’s representative for compliance with network design standards. He delivered “on-going” value engineering of the project to identify potential cost savings and eliminate project delays.

As Founder/Owner/President/General Manager, Michael has successfully launched a startup of a new Renewable Energy Company, enhanced sales year over year and maintained operations for 11+ years. He was responsible for identifying potential opportunities and implementation of business strategy. He has proficiently sold, financed, designed and installed commercial stand-alone solar/wind power and lighting solutions for various applications; i.e., government, jail, city streets, parks and rec., colleges, oil and gas facilities, etc.Michael has served as a decision-maker for sales, engineering, and installation of various size wind turbine projects 2.4kW – 10MW. He has efficiently responded to RFP/RFQ bids and converted business out of it. Gained largest bid of $4.4M combined in Utility LED lighting solutions. He has administered operations, managed logistics matters for the transportation of equipment and resources to the job site in order to meet hard and soft deadlines and objectives.Michael is a recognized public speaker at conferences, schools, and other public forums, as subject matter expert, covering Solar and Wind Power solutions and intelligent commercial LED lighting systems. He identified and selected Products/Technologies/Vendors/Service Providers/Tools to convert opportunities into revenue streams and manage operations of the Solar Wind Renewable industry.
