Responsible for fulfilling all aspects of the role of Sr. Project Manager including:• Business development and management of the Project Management Team (PMT); Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and/or Superintendents • Direction of related project activities including, but not limited to, schedule development and compliance, client communications, project meetings, project safety, site visits, cost control, change management, project administration and closeout • Bid development, procurement, installation and startup of owner furnished equipment• Management of owner’s equipment manufacturers, suppliers and installation personnel

As a member of the project management team for a large General Contractor overseeing the construction, start-up, and delivery of large, highly complex projects, I am responsible to ensure that these projects are completed ahead of schedule and under budget. In order to meet these goals, I work daily with the Owner, Designer, and other team members to ensure that all of the project elements are detailed, approved, fabricated, and delivered in accordance with all contract requirements. I also directly coordinate the multiple trades and subcontractors who work for us, to ensure that all of their items are scheduled, detailed, and fabricated in accordance with the contract requirements and the project requirements.

Responsibilities included the design of water works projects for various clients including water tank construction and rehabilitation, water main installation, and water treatment plant construction. Responsibilities (Assistant and Lead) included site investigations, design, design layout, construction administration, and construction inspection.
