Led a ten-member cross functional team that included engineers, data scientists, marketers, and client success professionals responsible for Kochava Collective, the firm’s mobile-first data management platform. Developed go to market strategy, marketing materials, onboarding processes, and billing automation for 2017 launch that led to Collective becoming Kochava’s fastest growing revenue product line.Executed product ownership responsibilities included product roadmapping, UX design, data supplier onboarding, managing infrastructure budget, liaising to activation partners, and competitive analysis.Conducted ad hoc analysis of 150+TB of mobile device data (location, app activity, carrier, etc.) to evaluate redundancy between new data supply partners and detect fraudulent or faulty data. Liaised to executives and internal teams including development, data science, UX, documentation, marketing, sales support, client success, and finance to ensure alignment on product goals and mission.
