With nearly 17 years with the company since graduating from University in 1997, I have developed advanced skills in multimedia authoring software and multimedia production. I have graduated through the company from principal developer of key company products to Projects and Operations manager planning and managing the day to day running of the office and its staff.My role of Operations Manager means I have a less ‘hands on’ involvement with software development while maintaining an active role in quality assurance. I am responsible for coordinating the day to day running of the company, together with interfacing with clients and managing operational costs.
