• POWDER PLANT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
• Monitors operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are met, and develops production schedules to meet internal goals as well as expectations of customers.
• Directs a production staff of 60, including hiring/training of personnel.
• Minimizes and controls labor costs via scheduling.
• Ensures that finished products meet all customer and internal specs prior to sign off and shipment.
