As a visionary for the technology support and data analytics industry, Mike brings over 25 years of experience in operating systems, disaster recovery, high availability, networking, security and applications and 17 years of product development to the ISOdx team. He has taken ISOdx from a concept to a global breakthrough technology which sets new standards for speed to problem resolution and raises the bar for the support industry.Prior to his appointment as ISOdx Solutions CTO, Mike served as vice president of Technical Services for Resource One Computer Systems. As a co-founder of Retrobox, he was responsible for developing the entire end-to-end technology strategy for the organization which included a custom- developed ERP solution unique in the market – a system which was used over 10 years beyond its targeted useful life. He also held positions with Sun Microsystems and The Ohio State University's Computer and Information Science Department. Mike was previously a member of the Technology Innovation Executive Forum (TIEF), a forum that is part of TechColumbus. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, and was recognized in Business First's Columbus 40 under 40 in 2000.

Mike's primary focus was the development of technology offerings in the storage, backup and availability space for the Fortune 2000 customer base. Our team delivered the full life-cycle from vision and strategy to implementation and support for our customers by implementing the best-of-breed solutions for their unique business needs. While working on the support aspect of the solution, Mike identified a significant gap in the support process and filled the gap with an innovative solution which ultimately became ISOdx. During this time, our support division became the #1 provider of Symantec/Veritas support nationally due to our uncanny ability to tap out calls, which we had a 98.9% close rate on the first call, this was largely due to the success of ISOdx. Provided the success of ISOdx in the support space, we further developed this technology for use by other organizations, ultimately spinning ISOdx Solutions, Inc. out on its own.

Co-founder and part of the team who defined the business model and strategy from concept to implementation. Primary daily role was focused on the design and implementation of a proprietary ERP system and the technical work-flows of the business.

Mike started with Resource One as employee number six. His contribution to the company was the development of a professional services group which ultimately was running strong with (30) consultants spanning operating systems (Windows, Solaris and Linux experts), Cisco networking, network security and a printer maintenance division. Much of his role was mentoring young engineers in obtaining certifications and how to effectively interact with clients.During the development of the team, Mike led by example and attained certifications in: * Sun Solaris Certified Engineer * Tandem Fault Tolerant Certified Engineer * Cisco network certificationsNotable accomplishments: * During the build-out of the professional services team, Mike worked on a startup, Retrobox and successfully handled both duties simultaneously (the Retrobox partners were also the executive team of Resource One) * Built the industry's first Solaris Ingress Database Cluster fail-over technique with CA engineer * Built custom Solaris network fail-over solution for a telecom company * Managed technical team during the City of Columbus IP network * Managed the roll-out of new IT to the entire State of Ohio (racks, servers, software, networking, UPS, etc.)

As an IT Consultant of the Ohio State University Computer Science Department, the local Sun sales team asked the university for a knowledgeable hard working individual who could represent the Sun line of products on campus through SunEd. The Computer Science Department recommended me for the job. My role was to help the Sun sales team do more business on campus (Ohio State at the time had the largest Sun network in the world.)
