Identifies future officers for the U.S. Army. Responsible for the operation of public relations and marketing program in 10 Northeast states. Evaluates over 500 applications to the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point. Represents West Point in speaking engagements throughout the Northeast region to educate large audiences on the opportunities and requirements of the U.S. Army and West Point. Uses television, radio, and other forms of mass media to project a positive image of West Point. Independently developed and executed itineraries to communicate the importance of a high school education and encourage application to West Point.

Organized G6 operations and integrated communication support with organization’s operations including four subordinate organizations. Managed and controlled the full range of networks including voice, transmission systems, data, network encryption, frequency resources, and automation programs and security.

Chief operations officer and second in command of a signal company consisting of 145 personnel and $28 million in equipment. Managed all administrative, maintenance, logistics, finance and training support functions of company to and from Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn.

Led a signal platoon comprised of 30 members. Planned, coordinated, and conducted a training program to prepare organization for a variety of operations. Developed and mentored platoon to forge a cohesive team. Responsible for the accountability, maintenance, and readiness of vehicles and associated equipment valued in excess of $5 million.

Selected to coach and mentor 205 Cadet Candidates at the United States Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS). Responsible for coaching, training and mentoring selected cadet candidate athletes for the NCAA Division I Athletic Program. Provided administrative, operational and logistical support for USMAPS Athletic Director.
