During my aviation career spanning +22 years, I have attained experience both as a trusted employee and as the owner/operator of a contract dispatcher business. Initially hired as a Charter Coordinator, I progressed through a number of positions of increased responsibility, eventually earning my dispatch license and being named the department director. Independently, my own firm has been providing contract scheduling and dispatching and other related services to a network of business professionals.

Responsible for all aspects of the Xcoal Flight Department scheduling and dispatch of a Global Express, Citation X as well as supplemental charter aircraft. Worked with a team of 3 full time schedulers as well as contractors. Oversaw complicated around-the-word international trips. Worked directly with the Principle, Executive Team and other company employees to provide ultra high end travel service. Worked hand in hand with the entire flight team in all aspects of running a busy flight department.

Managed all aspects in the operation of a corporate flight department. Main area of concentration was in scheduling/dispatching. Also responsible for department accounting, trip building, communication between the aircraft owners, tech support for flight department, and trip coordinating with the owners. Worked closely to the crew and maintenance personnel in all day-to-day activities. Fleet included Gulfstream IV-SPs, Lear 35As, and 3 MD helicopters.First hired as a charter sale and coordinator / dispatcher for Part 135 operations. Responsibilities included quoting and confirming charter and owner trips, aircraft dispatching, flight following, aircraft recovery, invoicing, catering, ground transportation, special needs and all crew accommodations. Promoted to Director in 2002 and was responsible for all aspects of aircraft management and charter/dispatch operations. Reporting directly to the President of the company and overseeing two charter coordinators, thirteen pilots, and two flight attendants. Duties included all coordination between the company and owners of the aircraft, crew scheduling, maintenance coordination, international flight handling, marketing, charter sales, accounting, and FBO coordination. Aircraft experience range from King Air C90s to Gulfstream IV-SPs.
