Prior to selling Real Estate I worked for FedEx for 5 years. Throughout my tenure there I advanced to the position of Cargo Claims Investigator. With that came very detailed knowledge of the domestic ground shipping business. Even though I have been removed from that sector for over 4 years now I consider myself an expert in the domestic ground shipping industry. After leaving FedEx in 2004 I moved to Jacksonville Florida to pursue a career in Residential Home Sales. To date I have sold over $10,000,000 worth of property in Duval, St. Johns, and Nassau Counties. I specialize in the Beaches, Southside, Intracoastal West, Ft. Caroline, and Arlington areas of Jacksonville. I love what I do for a living and hope to continue a trend of increasing sales volume throughout my career in Real Estate sales. Eventually I would like to learn how to sell Commercial Real Estate and enter into that sector of Real Estate Sales. I do have some other entrepreneurial goals and experience. I consider myself an Ebay guru and have sold thousands of dollars worth of merchandise using their website. The average profit margin on these sales ranges from 100% to 2000%. I am also attempting to develop an inspection business in the NE Florida area.
