    I began as a Data Center Technician I, working for the Data Center Operations team in the Phoenix area. In this role I provided hands-on support for both dedicated customer servers and corporate enterprise servers using ITIL processes to meet all corporate SLA goals. I also supported the build out of new rack space and infrastructure to support new customer growth and current hardware refresh projects.Since October 2010 I have worked as a Team Lead for Data Center Operations for Go Daddy in the Phoenix area. As a team leader I supervised a team of 5 or more technicians in meeting all corporate support SLA's for external and internal customers in a >10k server, 24/7 environment. General duties for the team included break-fix troubleshooting of hardware and configuration for servers and infrastructure in a live, high-availability environment, net new server installs and existing server hardware refreshes.In January of 2014 I left Go Daddy to pursue full-time educational opportunities. Using the project rack diagram I racked all equipment to the manufacturers specifications, also accurately labeling all the equipment and patch panels.
