With over 16 years of trade compliance experience, I have gained expert knowledge working through a diverse range of duty mitigation methods, including Tariff Classification, Tariff Concession Orders, Valuation, Duty Drawback, Free Trade Agreements, and available industry assistance schemes. I'm a licensed Customs Broker, I'm fully accredited by the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources and have a double diploma in Business, Leadership and Management from the MCI Institute of Australia.

Commenced my career in the customs and freight forwarding industry with Nippon Express as a House Clerk, Cartage Coordinator, Compiler/Classifier then Customs Broker.
