Overall responsibility for the tracking and assessment of academics across the Collegiate, utilising Power BI dashboards and Excel analysis on a cohort and department basis. Creating bespoke insights to improve the already strong academics of the Collegiate, and discussing with various stakeholders the impact of the QE Data team's interventions. In Mathematics, responsible for the delivery of Super-Curricular provision in the timetable for KS3-5, including preparation for entrance exams such as STEP and MAT, and the delivery of Level 2 Further Mathematics to a small cohort. Also in charge of the organisation of any extra materials for Mathematics through the Stretch and Challenge initiative, including delivery of competitions, organisation of trips and speakers, and opportunities for students to gain leadership roles through STEM colours and Mathematics Ambassadors.

Responsible for all of the super-curricular opportunities related to mathematics, including competitions, trips, organising speakers, and ensuring students are extended beyond the curriculum through developing schemes of work and managing the enrichment and super-curricular lesson programmes. 2021-2022Responsible for the management of the academic house structure, chairing the student council and a member of the enrichment leadership team to aid the social as well as educational development of students whilst continuing to teach across the mathematics curriculum including Y12 and Y13 Further Mathematics and GCSE Statistics. Mentor for Mathematics PGCE student at the University of York who subsequently earned a job at the school. Enrolled in the CPD Leadership Pathways program to continue to develop professionally. Achieved fantastic results in the first examined mathematics in 2 years, including a number of A*'s in Further Mathematics, A's in AS Further Mathematics, and 9s in GCSE Statistics.

2020-2021Shifting to an almost entirely sixth form timetable, predominantly Further Mathematics as well as leading the GCSE Statistics course. Teaching OCR FM Pure Core and FM Discrete content for the first time (both to A Level), sharing crated resources in the process. Instrumental in the adaption of learning to digital platforms, becoming a 'Digital Champion' for not just the department but the school as a whole. Fluent in the use of Microsoft Teams, streaming the entire timetable live with the aid of a graphics tablet and alteration of my preexisting notes through periods of lockdown or self isolation.2019-2020Continuing my development as a mathematics teacher by teaching a predominantly sixth form weighted timetable including teaching the whole A Level curriculum as well as the Statistics curriculum of the A Level Further Mathematics course. Involved in the pioneering of GCSE Statistics as an option into the curriculum, ensuring the scheme of work is appropriate and developing quality resources to ensure the first cohort are taught to the highest standard.As Academic Head of House, I have been responsible for the promotion and organisation of house events ranging from sports days to house art and drama competitions as well as academic competitions. Crucially liaising with other departments, fellow heads of house, members of the senior leadership team, house prefects and volunteers as well as members of the charity committee to ensure events are well attended and smoothly run. Conducting an assembly a term to promote house events and encouraging a collective and competitive mentality.

Curriculum leader of KS3 mathematics through lockdown, coordinating staff and students with regards to all online teaching from Y6-9 as well as continuing to teach online a variety of classess including Y13 further mathematics. 'Digital Champion' of the school, the first port of call to help with all issues involving online leanring and Microsoft Teams. Created Level 2 SOWs for Y6-9 with updated currciculum maps to be implemented on the return to school.

2018-2019Maternity cover for curriculum leader post, ensuring the mathematics curriculum for Years 6 to 9 is substantial and applicable as well as developing assessments and tracking modules to compare cohorts of students. Introducing new PUMA assessments and using MARK to create gap analysis for students, ensuring early intervention for weaknesses in student's understanding and developing solutions through targeted work.At the same time, continuing to teach across the collegiate, including taking the lead on the new GCSE Additional Mathematics FSMQ, developing the scheme of work and delivering to a class of very able Year 11 students. Furthermore, teaching the new Year 13 A Level syllabus, developing sections of the scheme of work, particularly the statistics elements, and delivering with confidence and accuracy. Refining teaching of GCSE further Mathematics, with over half of the cohort achieving an A^ as well as AS Further Mathematics in applied modules. Coupled with the teaching of bottom set Year 7 and 9 classes has ensured a breadth of knowledge and teaching acumen.

2017-2018Successful RQT year, continuing to teach a range of abilities within KS3 and KS4 as well as teaching the applied elements of the new Further Maths AS Level coupled with the new AS Level spec, actively involved in creating and sharing resources in a heavily weighted KS5 timetable. Smoothly ran the Junior Maths Challenge and coordinated a team for the National Cipher Challenge. Once again responsible for a KS3 form and performed all pastoral and boarding duties with professionalism.2016-2017Successful NQT year whilst teaching a range of local and international students, specialising in teaching high ability KS4 and KS5 pupils as well as coaching American Football and cricket. Delivered lessons to the new GCSE spec, sharing resources for the department to use and actively writing aiding with the scheme of work for the new A level spec. Responsible for a KS3 form, ensuring all pastoral needs were met and aiding in a boarding environment when required.

Working on behalf of many councils, investigating business premises using a variety of sources to assess whether the company was undervalued in terms of business rates, creating tailored reports on a case by case basis. The reports created suggest corrective measures and offer methods to maximise income stream for the clients, to date I have personally highlighted over £13 million in additional revenue for clients. Responsible for lead generation, following through to detailed analysis using specialist software coupled with publicly available data. Praised for tailored training of many new team members as well as being approachable and reliable when difficult cases arise. Worked on a project of creating annual reports for clients which resulted in personally writing various Excel macros using VBA, heavy data manipulation using pivot tables and formulas as well as being a key voice in the design of the graphs and presentation.

Heavily involved in the running of the family pub, with key responsibilities including maintaining a working cellar for distribution, greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service. Promoted from waiter to sous chef and then bar manager, recognised for man managements skills as well as calmness under pressure.

Temporary contract assessing the validity of Student Maintenance applications, handling important documents such as birth certificates and working in a large team of around 100 people. Working towards government advised targets, achieving accuracy and volume performance indicators regularly. Advised unsuccessful applications on corrective action in a clear and concise manner.
