As the Experience Design Director for HP 3D Printing and Digital Manufacturing, I built, developed and and led a new HP global team of creative professionals who designed and delivered end-to-end solutions for HP's digital manufacturing products, software, and services. I retired from HP in March 2023, after 5.5 years in this role and 36 years with the company.My core competencies include user research, design strategy, creative direction, and digital/service design. My mission is to create customer-valued innovations that reduce operational cost and increase efficiency. My field of expertise is digital manufacturing, where I have designed and tested comprehensive physical and digital workflows for production processes and equipment. I have also co-led the design of HP's consumer inkjet design language and the HP Jet Fusion 300 and 500 series products, among other groundbreaking projects. I have received multiple awards and patents for my work, and I am proud of my legacy of innovation in 3D printing and beyond.

Led a multi-discipline creative team in both Vancouver. WA and Barcelona, Spain including world-class capacities in experience design, physical design, digital design, research/test, and mechanical engineering.Value-add for my team was focused on customer valued innovation: reduction of operation cost and increase of operational efficiency.
