Assistant Manager at the Flagship Michigan Ave Levis Mainline store. In charge of Leadership and development as well as Recruiting and Hiring. Hired and managed a staff of over 70 people this Holiday season and had one of the most financially successful Holiday seasons ever in the 15 years we've been open. My role has expanded in 2013 ,taking on more responsibilities such as payroll and training and development of management and staff. Beginning of 2014 I was asked to take on the responsibility of acting Store Manager of Michigan Ave while my Store Manager was leveraged in a DM capacity.

In charge of managing and scheduling staff as well as hiring and recruiting. Balanced payroll on a weekly basis . Maintained a shrink under 1.0 during my entire management. Scheduled DJ's for the 3 Chicago locations. Oversaw merchandising for the entire store. Facilitated back to back successful holidays ending number one in the company percent to plan in 2009, and number two percent to plan in 2010.

Worked along side my Store Manager to achieve positive sales performance and elevated store to a top ten performing store in the company. Booked musical talent as well as curated Music and bands to tie into the Brands retail identity. Hired and recruited staff. During this time I also opened four stores, three in Chicago area and one in FLA; I was also selected to open 3 others.

Opened 3 of the 4 locations at the time. Involved with every aspect of training entire staff. Balanced petty cash, created schedules in Excel. Hired and recruited staff in every location. Merchandised and re-fixtured walls. Helped generate a new shipping and stock balancing program.
