Lead complete portfolio of marketing and communications activities – including graduate program marketing, internal and external communications, and website management – for the liberal arts core of Northeastern University. Collaborate across functions and across the university to achieve strategic college goals.• Develop and execute strategy for content development/distribution, website improvement, social media engagement, and full-funnel marketing activity• Support growth of master’s applications and enrollment by partnering internally and externally to improve lead generation and nurture activities, from search/social advertising and events to email and print campaigns; new Master's enrollment has grown 90% from 2018 to 2022• Lead and mentor an extended team of five, fostering a collaborative and productive environment • Led a brand and website redesign that updated the look and positioning of the college, while serving the diverse and complex needs of the college’s academic units and research centers• Co-led the college’s commencement celebration event in 2023, including developing the run-of-show and coordinating roles and responsibilities for more than 40 volunteers
