CurrentEstablished Population Health Analytics as a new function within Graphnet as part of team of 5 in early 2018. As of September 2021, the team had grown to over 40 members. Designed and built a full cloud analytics platform covering 30m patients based on Microsoft Azure, using a broad range of technologies: Storage: SQL Azure, Data Lake, Azure Blob storage Data Transformation: Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Synapse Analytics Data Services and Presentation: Power BI, Rest API, R, Python Scripting and automation: C#, Powershell, Azure automation Participated in numerous local and national initiatives as part of the COVID pandemic response, including delivery of systems to schedule the national vaccine rollout and tracking vaccine uptake. Currently leading a Data Science team working to deliver a data platform to academics and researchers across the country, including a collaboration on an Open Source project with Oxford University. All work delivered following agile development practices, using git source control, JIRA/Confluence for issue tracking and documentation and Azure DevOps for automated build and deployment.
