As the Online Qualitative Project Manager, I manage all projects and project aspects that utilize FPG's online qualitative platforms, including Online Bulletin Boards (OBBs), Communities, Webcam IDIs/focus groups, and Web-assisted TDIs. I work closely with members of the Online Qualitative team, including tech support team members and the Managing Director of Online Studies to constantly be identifying and addressing project inefficiencies. My duties also include delegating tech support responsibilities, educating clients on platform capabilities, tailoring platform capabilities to meet client needs, presenting data clearly and accurately, and presenting client deliverables in a prompt and organized matter.In addition to my Online responsibilities, I have experience managing and assisting in traditional market research methodologies including focus groups, taste tests, product testing, TDIs, and online quantitative surveys.In February 2017 I was awarded the FPG "Applause Award" for outstanding performance and dedication to client service in 2016.

As an Account Executive with PLS I proactively develop a portfolio of clients through the building and fostering of strong relationships across all of North America. I serve as the liaison and single point of contact between the shipper, consignee, and carrier. It is my responsibility to find my clients reliable transportation across all major freight modes: flatbed, van, LTL, rail & barge, air & ocean, while negotiating both client and carrier freight rates. Utilizing a transportation network of over 150,000 trucks representing over 20,000 active carrier partners, along with Class-1 railroads and major barge companies with our proprietary web-based transportation management system – PLS PRO– ensures that every freight move is optimized and tendered at the lowest cost, meeting service requirements while providing increased visibility through tracking, administration and reporting.

As the Business Development Intern I had the opportunity to implement and manage Facebook Ad campaigns for Jazz events and introduce Google For Non Profits and Google Ad Grants platform into our marketing strategy. I enjoyed establishing and employing strong relationships with local businesses in effort to promote our organization and our Jazz events. I was also grateful to have met and spoken with several Grammy Award quality Jazz musicians during my time with We Always Swing.

I was able to apply strong communication and interpersonal skills to directly market current DirecTV promotions to customers while consulting them based on individual television entertainment needs. I worked in major consumer stores such as Best Buy, Sam's Club, and Wal-Mart and was required to adapt my sales pitch and relationship building techniques to suit each clientele. I was able to achieve weekly growth both in generated sales and presentations.
