The Solution Readiness & Success team is a small group of techno-functional experts sitting at the center of Product, Engineering, Delivery and Customers to facilitate high quality customer outcomes through: Solution Readiness: We ensure the delivery team is prepared to support new products and features launched in the market. This includes supporting the NPI process and pre-GA implementations to ensure we understand what is needed to successfully deploy the new capabilities and that the delivery team and our ecosystem are ready to implement these capabilities.Delivery Methods & ToolsWe design new approaches and supporting IP assets and tools to bring efficiency and consistency to service delivery and implementation projects.Escalation Response We are selectively deployed to challenged projects to coordinate response activities from groups across Eightfold required to resolve highly complex and critical customer solutions. This team will have the expertise and experience to understand the dynamic challenges of escalated customer situations. The team diagnoses issues, determines the path to green, and coordinates and guides the activities of the account team, project team, and internal stakeholders to return customers to steady-state operations quickly.
