I was responsible for performing the monthly planning of 2 of the company's production plants for the supply of CEDI and stores, taking into account inventory projections and needs of the commercial area. Determine the budget in pesos of the monthly production of both plants and monitor compliance with the established planning through management indicators, propose strategies that lead to production growth from the planning area, in addition to performing my duties for continuous improvement and optimization of the process. As achievements, I have contributed to the work team to achieve the proposed objectives of compliance with monthly budgets and also with the expectation and satisfaction of our customers, the percentage of compliance has increased and the agreed strategies have allowed internal growth; I am also part of an interdisciplinary team of the company that seeks to standardize and improve production processes, intervening software, critical routes and activities to optimize the efficiency of the plants and thus raise goals in an assertive manner.

Responsible for auditing and controlling the inventory flow of vehicles assembled by SOFASA Renault, in the different CEDI and ports of Colombia, preparing and presenting the indicators that reflect the stock situation, in addition to taking corrective, preventive, or improvement actions against the deviations found in the audit process and making the necessary adjustments. Within the development of the activity, it has been possible to modify the way in which the stock saturation report for national, import, and export vehicles is presented, providing the information in a more accurate manner.
