Global Product Manager and Director of Implementations for the LumiraDx Connectivity product suite. During my tenure, I have led complex project implementations for large-scale enterprise customers and smaller practices. In addition, I work with the market to understand and then deliver impactful software solutions that bring value to the customer and their end user's. Before joining LumiraDx, I worked at Picis where I spent four years learning and honing skills in HL7 and SQL while supporting 30+ large medical centers. While at Picis, I was selected to join a newly formed group focused on customer satisfaction with Picis software upgrades and I began to excel at project management and customer relationship management. Before Picis, I started my career at Meditech where I was an Implementation Specialist for the Operating Room Management product. In this position, I was able to travel the country and experience first-hand the healthcare setting where IT is used daily by end users. I graduated from Bentley University in Waltham, MA with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Law.
