• Failing service from a previous temp supplier turned round to achieve greater fulfilment
• Took failing perm service from previous supplier fulfilment of under 80% to consistently delivering over 100% fulfilment. This meant 2019’s delivery was complete in August.
• Three consecutive months of 100% fulfilment for first time in 3 years
• Reduced Nationwide’s reliance on agency trimming their PSL from over 140 to 2 tiers of 5
