Chief Adventure OffiverTree-Battical May 2024 - PresentGlobalI'm currently on a career break, but instead of a traditional 'sea-battical,' I'm opting for a 'tree-battical' after spending so much time by the ocean in my desalination career. It's time to reconnect with nature in a different way. Here’s a quick update on the adventures my wife and I have had so far:> Hiked 800 km of the 1,123 km Great Divide Trail over 37 days (two sections are closed long-term due to fire damage).> Hiked/Run 2,100 km with an elevation gain of 75,000 m in 2024.> Explored Europe, retracing the footsteps of my grandfather’s WW1 tour.> Planning bigger and better adventures ahead!
