Dr Pepper Snapple was acquired by Keurig Green Mountain to form Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in January of 2018Member of PMO (Project Management Organization) engineering team responsible for managing large capital projects and implementing new manufacturing technologies.• Project lead for installation of new production equipment for Mott’s hot filled spouted pouches. Project work included; construction of new warehouse space, equipment procurement, installation and commissioning of new processing, filling and packaging equipment. The new lines provided additional capacity for current mono-flavor packages but also innovative design for on-line production of variety pack cartons and cases.• Part of project team responsible for construction and start up of new 820,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Allentown, PA. The new facility has four Sidel aseptic fillers and packaging equipment for conversion of Snapple brand to sustainable packaging. Primary area of focus was the processing equipment including; batching, blending, aseptic processing and filling. The new facility was selected as the Food Engineering "Plant of the Year" for 2021.• Led installation, commissioning and validation activities for the first Krones Contipure AseptBloc in the US. This mono-block aseptic-blow molder/ filler and complete packaging line was installed for the west coast production of Bai beverages. Project was delivered on-time and on-budget to meet corporate goals and strategic initiatives. The implementation of this line was recognized by KDP as the “Best Project Startup” for 2018

Executed capital projects in various plants based on corporate direction and plant requirements.• Project Leader for the manufacturing execution to convert the iconic 16oz Snapple bottle from glass to plastic. The PET container retained the look and feel of glass, including the “pop” of the lug closure. The $10mm implementation required the upgrade of 5 hot fill bottling lines in 4 plants and was completed in 8 months.
